Anyone getting this problem of sync stuck please get diagnostic logs from both the mobile device app and the server after trying a new sync and getting to the stuck state. Please give details of times and what was being synced
For server logs, ensure debug logging enabled beforehand -

and please restart the server before doing a test so that fresh logs get created
and when you reproduce the problem, capture screenshots and the logs
For mobile app logs, use the share debug data setting to send the logs to your email address and then attach the zip with the server logs zip and screenshots
