I’ve seen a few threads about this but no definitive answer. I have multiple albums sync’d to my iPhone 5 which have all shown up and worked fine in the past. However for the past week none of them appear on the phone. It does still show up as sync’d content on the Plex Media Server. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but that did not fix it.
Any ideas?
I ended up deleting all of the files on the Iphone 5 through the PMS and then re-adding them. This issue happened again though. It makes no sense to me because on the Iphone it shows synced items in the sync settings however when I switch the location to my local and synced content nothing shows up. Any thoughts would be appreciated because this is pretty frustrating.
Bump to try and get a response.
The issue with the sync’d items occurred again. I don’t want to delete everything and add again because it takes days to complete. Again, I can see all the sync’d items when I look at sync settings yet nothing shows up when I switch location to the Iphone.
Bump again to get a response. This issue has not gone away. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
