I had prepared for a trip by syncing 60+ gigs of videos from server a. I was able to view the content while offline and online fine. However I added another video to be Synced from my second server B. It Synced but immediately my other Co enter disappeared from the app. That folder disappeared from the nav. I checked Sync status and the list of Synced items was there. I then removed that new Synced video and everything disappeared from both the content list and the Sync status list. Now I have lost everything. However the diskspace is still being taken up. Server a happens to be off so I cant resync. This has happened once before and is a horrible bug that makes my one big use case useless. Please help
Would you please grab the log files (all of them) in a zip file and attach here? Additional info about which “Android” device helps as well as which version of Android & Plex client.
Also, can you show us what’s happening with a couple screen captures which correlate to what you’re seeing? (match logs with screen caps)
