Synchronisation stucked (and not paused)

Player Version#: 7.22 iOS

I can’t remember exactly when this was last working but I cannot synchronise anything to iOS devices anymore (both admin accounts and manager users). I have tried 2 iPhones and an iPad, all have their synchronisations pending the conversion (which I incidentally also don’t understand, as I have selected original quality), but the conversion is not progressing…

Playback is working fine on these devices, only the synchronisation is stuck.

Yes I use downloads - mobile sync is not available anymore as you said.

Ok, I fixed it, I had indeed mobile sync instead of Downloads, you were right @trumpy81. When switching to downloads it works, except two 409 errors for which I have started a separate threads.
