Synology 1515+ PMS keeps stopping and can't access web

My PMS just stopped 2 nights ago. Cannot access the web from the synology or from PlexTV.
Installed the latest version, rebooted the NAS and the router.
Everytime I restart the PMS in the synology, it stops almost immediately.
I don’t know whether the logs are verbose or not, since I can’t access anything to adjust them.
Any advice to prevent me from uninstalling and rebuilding a huge library would be appreciated.
