Synology does not allow plex access

Server Version#: Synology DS414 DSM 6.2.3
Player Version#: Plex web version

I just installed plex on my Synology, where all my media files store, and when I launch it from my DS414, I always got the message:

No soup for you!
The server you’re trying to access doesn’t want to let you in. Make sure you’re signed in as a user with access to this server.

You cannot install & setup PMS from a WAN IP address.

Your logs show a [24.189.X.X] address.
You must be on the same subnet (10.0.1.x) or SSH-tunneled into the unit.
