HELP ME !!!
Im running SYNOLOGY DS214SE on a small home server as we are in lockdown - all TELEVISIONS are hard wired on a gigabyte switch and CAT7 cables - sometime it give me this message “There was an unexpected error loading this library”. and sometimes it works just fine i got about 215 films on server -
Can anyone please advise ? TIA
Please supply log files.
Set Plex for debug logs only, not verbose. Using Plex Web, go to Settings -> General -> Show Advanced.
When problem occurs, go to Manage -> Troubleshooting. Pull logs. Attach entire ZIP file to this thread.
If you system is already set for debug logs, go ahead and pull & post log files, instead of waiting for problem to re-occur. They might already have necessary details.
