Intel NUC Kit (J3455)의 Windows 환경에서 돌리다가 Synology DS920+에 라이브러리를 옮겨서 세팅을 했고 미디어는 모두 정상적으로 매핑되었습니다.

다만 HW트랜스코딩 하게 되면 화질이 거의 볼 수 없을정도로 재생이 되는데 제꺼가 문제가 있는건지 아니면 Synology의 새 시리즈에 대응이 안된건지 궁금합니다.

Intel NUC Kit (J3455)의 Windows 환경에서는 정상적으로 재생되었었습니다.
DS216+에서도 정상적으로 재생되었었습니다.

이런것도 있던데 아직 대응이 안된거겠죠?

재생이 안되지는 않습니다. 정보를 봐도 인코딩, 디코딩에 hw가 사용되는것으로 표시됩니다. 다만 화질이 알아볼수 없는 상태가 됩니다.

/volume1/@appstore/Plex Media Server/lib/dri/iHD_drv_video.so 의 이름을 바꾸거나 삭제하면 hw트랜스코딩이 정상작동합니다. (타 커뮤니티의 사용자분께 도움받았습니다.)

J5005 Xpenology기기에서도 똑같이 발생하는거 보면 제미니레이크 및 제미니레이크 리프레시의 내장그래픽을 사용하면 hw트랜스코딩이 잘 안되는 증상이 있었던것 같습니다.

iHD_drv_video.so 의 개선이 필요할것입니다.

Until the iHD driver issue is resolved, you can add VaapiDriver="i965" in Preferences.xml
