Synology DSPlay418 Plex will install, but will not find library folders

I updated to the latest version when I logged into the web player and it told me to update. When I go to add my libraries, it cannot find the paths. However, the paths do exist in the Synology on the same volume. I confirmed this by uninstalling, and installing the version in the Synology Package Center which is 1.13.4.5271-200287a06. This version can find the folders with no issue.

What gives? What am I doing wrong?
