I upgraded DSM to version 7.0.1 on synology NAS. I struggled a bit with reloading Plex.
Now I have it there again, version 1.25.8.5663, but I can’t mount the original library.
I choose to add a library, I choose Movies. Next, I select the path to the files according to the menu, but it only goes to the main folder “Volume1” and then to “Cinema”. I will no longer set the path to the “Movies” folder. After saving = creating a library, of course when I request “search the library” the plex will not find anything.
In the NAS settings, I have read / write enabled for the plex.
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong anymore.

Update: After clicking on the “cinema” path when setting up the library, the “cinema” folder looks empty.
At the same time, the files are well visible on the NAS.
Did you refer to the DSM 7 section of the Synology FAQ ?
It seems you might have upgraded to DSM 7 without knowledge of all the changes DSM 7 caused.
