Synology PLEX Media Server Disconnects

I have had a lot of problems with running the server on my Synology drive. It seems like it randomly disconnects when I open the server using the PLEX Media Server tab.. I try to restart the connection to no avail. The only way I can get it started is to delete the server and reinstall the PLEX package.

same problem and same solution here… if in the plex app on my Sony Bravisa smart tv I click on one of the shared folder in plex, I get the message “DS218play is not available”…??
