There’s already an existing feature suggestion discussing an optimized version of the Plex for Windows / Mac player for touch based systems (e.g. tablets). I suggest you comment/vote in that thread in order to help us avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes from each other.
Unless I’ve missed some unique aspect of your suggestion I’ll close this thread as a duplicate.
