I have purchased the plex pass and the tagging is not working - I have removed and re-added the library but still not working

What tagging are your referring to? Photos?
Correct - the tags part is empty

Yes - all was done as expected. I had problems with the first set of photos so had places working but not tags. Then reloaded them and still did not work.
How many photos do you have? As mentioned in that article, there is a Monthly limit of how many photos PMS will process. If you’ve hit that limit then you won’t see any new tags until next month.
