I recently had to reinstall my operating system and went through to add back all my movies. It went through the process of matching and metadata (this part did not work), but did not tag any of the movies. I have tried several different avenues like changing the agents, clean installing Plex, deleting registry entries. Not really sure to do at this point but the tagging that includes all the metadata and pictures/posters is one of the key features I love about Plex. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
- activate debug logging (not ‘verbose’!)
- quit Plex Server
- wait 1 minute
- start Plex Server
- wait 2 minutes
- either refresh one movie or add one movie into your library
- wait 3 minutes
- fetch log files and attach them here
