i have tried different tagging software, editing the tags in Plex Server. Removing the entire file and adding it to Plex and Plex is still reading the wrong tags.
I have no idea how to fix this problem it is for about 50 songs.
Can someone please , please please tell me how i can correct this.

so… what tags do you have in those files that are missing in / ignored by Plex? … and what file types are those?
they are MP3 files. I have tried Music Branz, i have cleared all tags and just typed in artist, album etc. I have edited with tagging software and with Plex and still the same.

I deleted the folder and added the folder and the same thing exists.
Is there anyway to pay for tech support (in person, on the phone) to get help with this and other things Plex. I love it but am super frustrated by this. it’s becoming a huge waste of time.
If you got local metadata enabled, it should work. You mention deleting the files and re-adding, but did you do anything else? Typically, if you want Plex to recognize changes made to files, you must plex dance the files afterwards. If you don’t, Plex won’t even notice you deleted them and re-added them. Plex only analyzes and picks up metadata the very first time it notices a new file, and the dance causes plex to forget about the file so it can be “new” again.
There is not any phone or any kind of paid support, sadly. These forums are the only option, but as you can see there are often lots of people willing to offer help.
I’ve done it all and did it again. I scrubbed , I danced, deleted and optimized…. It keeps doing the same. Every other music program- Apple Music , VLC, windows music program - whatever that is called- reads the dike correctly!! I’m at a loss !
