I stream content to my TV with the latest Roku 4k model. Lately, when I hit the 10 second backward skip/Rewind, instead of going back, the film jumps forward ahead of where I tried to skip back to. I’m not 100% sure but this seemed to have started after the latest update. It’s an annoying glitch because then I have to rewind and search backwards often overshooting the point in the film I was at. Anyone else have this problem?
I unfortunately gave my roku away, hoping the fire cube would be a superior replacement (it is NOT) but just an idea, did you try to analyse the particular movie? That fixed somewhat related issues for me in the past.
Unfortunately the problem is not with just one particular movie but pretty much every film nowadays.
What version number of the app exactly does your TV have? (should be at the top of settings) seems to be working fine here. does it matter if it is transcoding or not?
Hi Big Wheel, I sent you the version of the app on my Roku. The problem still persists with movies only. Any thoughts?

do you know if was the server transcoding video? You can see in the now playing area on your servers Dashboard
