Playback of DVR content started randomly jumping backwards 10 seconds

I record the morning news and typically start playback during the recording at about 1 hour into the show. This has been working flawlessly for months. Recently the playback will stop (see the % loading wheel) and then resume at a time 10 seconds in the past. This did not coincide with a change in the media server version. I dont know if the Roku client recently changed.

There is a transcoding error when this happens but it appears that this error can show up when doing FF or RW from the remote as well.

This seems to have resolved itself. No longer experiencing the issue so it could have been addressed in a Roku or Plex Server update.
