Terramaster F5-221 using TOS 4.1.29 and Plex media server 1.19.2.2737

Plex not loading. I download the Plex media server software from the TOS application menu. Open it and click enter. Chrome will open another tab to the link below. After a hour plex will not open. Opening app.plex.tv and looking under authorized devices I can see:

  1. Plex Web 4.34.4
  2. Plex Web 4.30.2
  3. Plex Web 4.39.1
  4. Plex for Vizio 3.13.14
  5. Plex for Windows 1.15.1.1358-43550df5

Additionally. I installed the media server on my main computer. When I log onto it I see an ! beside “Claim server” with my computers name. Clicking on claim server will also lock up plex at this address
