Terrible stuttering in some recordings (example attached)

It’s hard to accurately describe - basically, some recordings get completely jumbled up, skipping, looping, and are completely unwatchable. It’s driving the wife and I crazy!

I saw this happen last year with back-to-back recordings which were on the same channel, then it seemed to get fixed, and now it’s back again. I’m not sure if it’s always back-to-back recordings now, but in this specific example, I did not record or watch the show immediately before it.

I’m seeing the same issue on my nvidia shield plex server but without the looping in video (just a lot of skipping and juttering). It is very frustrating. I ended up using HDHomeRun’s DVR service and the recordings are flawless. I then use MCEBuddy to cut out the commercials and transfer the files to the Plex server.

I really wish the Plex DVR worked properly as it is the only reason I purchased a Plex Pass.
