The Answer has been found.
The Plex App does not get the right information from the PMS.
The App requires you to Add each directory with the 3 dots at the far right of the top menu bar. When added with a heart. They appear on you set. You the have to use the vertical left side to find your shows.
Totally backward from the older Plex App.
What a crock of BS. Jellyfin here I come…….
