The 'Now Playing' bar on my Samsung S25 Ultra consistently shows the last song that finished playing

I’m noticing that for every track played (besides the first one) the information (current track/artist etc.) on the media widget/notification is one track behind. It only updates to the correct track when I pause it, scrub through the track or skip it through widget. Once it goes to the next track its one behind again. (example: https://files.catbox.moe/1imo4y.mp4) Another bug with the media widget, though this doesn’t happen for every album and seems to fix itself when opening the plexamp app…
