The Plex forums are toxic?

i’m a prospective plex pass customer

testing the plex software eco system

but boy do the plex forums come across as toxic, with people shooting down good ideas (because they are selfish and want their own issues resolved first) and plex employees being bad/rude and blunt, without a hint of good customer support

reckon gonna give plex and plex company a hard miss

thx for nothing
