Unless you ‘Plex Dance’ the entire show, you may not see any changes after a subtle change like that. The show has been matched. That takes quite a pry-bar to get that info out of Plex’s gaping maw. The Plex Dance is the ‘Do-Over’ you need.
Plex is obviously confused about something… best to start over with this show - after the naming and structuring has been made PERFECT.
Fix Match might still be required, but you won’t know until you after you Dance it with everything correct and proper. It also might help to leave out ALL the ‘Episode Title’ info:

As you found out - Plex can be confused. These days it’s best to follow the instructions as close to the letter of the law as is humanly possible. In fact, I employ non-human intervention for file naming (Filebot) and Plex STILL drops the ball about 10% of the time… food for thought…
Lastly - Plex has real issues with shows that have re-makes - like The Twilight Zone (having at least 3). If the initial match fails in ANY way - surrender and Fix Match. It’ll be quicker.
