"The Video did not start playing in time"

So I have a particular video that wont play. It seems to be the only one affected. My PS4 reports “The video did not start playing in time”. I looked at the Plex_Media_Server log and found this:

[3868] VERBOSE - We didn’t receive any data from ::ffff:192.168.6.200:56076 in time, dropping connection.

I’m at a loss at why this is happening. My home network is IPv6 enabled however I do see that being the issue as all of the other movies play fine. I tried removing the moving from the library and re-adding it but that didn’t work.

Any thoughts on this?

I’m not at home in front of my PS4 but have you looked into the settings on the PS4 to check and make sure you’re allowing transcoding?

I dont see a setting in plex on the ps4 to allow transcoding.

The video plays fine via web. I tried to play it via the iOS app and it wont play their either.
