Theme music for last selected item plays when choosing another item on Shield TV

After selecting a TV show, its theme music starts to play. If I then select another show or movie, briefly that same theme starts playing again. For movies, it stops after a couple of seconds since movies don’t have theme songs. For TV shows, it plays the wrong one for a couple of seconds then starts playing the right one. Not sure precisely when this started happening, but recently.

Edit: Just checked and the player on my FireTV is doing the same thing. So maybe not a platform specific bug.
