What is going on over there? I’ve seen tons of feature requests and so on, yet the last we heard from the team was the blog post for the stupid and useless lyrics feature. I don’t care about lyrics. When is hardware encoding coming? I saw someone looking for better subtitle support as well. How about an update on when Plex Media Player will be free? Something!

There are plenty of software updates in here, both server and various clients.
Plex development is continually going on.
The blog is usually only updated when there are major news.
And PMP is still only Apha, then there will be Beta, and sometime, even Plex Inc don’t know when, it will pass into public release, although there is still no word on whether this will be free (i.e. not just PlexPass).
