Hello, i have already refreshed my metadata, adult content is not selected but still cant see filmographies. I dont know what else to do.
I am running latest plex media server version, properly updated, running it from an Imac M1 hooked to 4hds.
Can somebody please help me? I am sure i must have something enabled but i cant figure out what

From what app are you testing this?
Are you using the hosted web app vs. the one bundled with your server (e.g. via the server’s IP address)?
What agent have you configured for that library of yours?
Thanks for answering. Using Plex Media Server Version 1.29.2.6364-6d72b0cf6. Sorry i dont understand. I downloaded this software, installed it and run it from my computer.

The Discover Credits features require Plex Web version 4.93.2. The version of Plex Web bundled locally with your server is 4.87.2. The bundled version is always a bit behind as it’ll only be updated after some time with a server update.
To use the discover features, open the Plex Web app via https://app.plex.tv/desktop – that’s always the latest version available.

No need to uninstall anything.
Your server has a specific version of the web app built in. You cannot upgrade that version on your own… it’ll be updated at some point during a server upgrade.
Using the Plex URL loads the latest version of the web app in your browser.
