Had some issues playing an mp4 on the new PS4 plex app and received the "there was a problem playing this item" message. File has no issues playing thru chromecast or roku.
Any thoughts?

Hey all, I was having this issue too (Macbook Pro -> PS4). Simple fix: just keep lowering the local streaming quality until it works. I found the sweet spot to be 3Mbps for 720p and 2Mbps for 1080p. Hope this helps!
