Just setting up a new iPad. When I log in with my email to Plex, I get this error"

All other clients work fine. But there is a catch, this client has a management profile on it (which I manage), which installs a new trusted root cert for my web content filter, Securly.
Thing is, I’ve done this same setup on other devices previous to this one without issue. I’m assuming that the app is having a problem with the SSL decryption that is taking place by Securly. Any thoughts?
