iPad App Unable to Sign In and Access Server

I am unable to access my server on a local connection via the Plex iPad app. I use “sign in with Apple” for my account, and it works perfectly fine on my iPhone. On the Plex iPad app, it seems to be in a half-logged in state. The login process appears to work, but I still see the sign up/sign in banner as well as the blank profile picture. On the other hand, I see my server name in the “More” section of the sidebar, but it is marked “Offline”.

It seems to be an app-specific issue because I can access the server through Safari on my iPad. Seems like a bug in the iPad app, but am I missing something?

It was an issue with Sign In with Apple. Has now been resolved by latest iPadOS app update (version 7.12).
