My Plex Cloud has failed to load for about three days on app.plex.tv. The interface loads but display the error ‘There was an unexpected error loading libraries’ on the main page. I’ve tried restarting Plex Cloud numerous times and reauthorizing Google Drive (where all my media is stored). Any suggestions to fix this problem?
Mine has started to do this today too, same issue with Google Drive.

Same here. Pity no-one has replied with a fix. My lappy took over 2 hrs to upload all my files then when I try to view the libraries (Movies for instance) I get the “There was an unexpected error loading this library” message.
It is working now. I deleted Photo’s folder (which was empty) and now works. Don’t know why, but it is working now and that’s the main thing!
Funny that i install the Plex Cloud Beta and i cant do a thing with it because of this error.
How do I get someone to acknowledge this.

I have same issue when trying to access from office via firefox. However, it works on my android device.
I am using a Synology NAS and since updating to the new version (6.1) and the latest version of Plex (1.4.3.x) I am having endless difficulty connecting remotely. Constantly get the server is offline or if it does connect it is “Not Direct” whatever that means and then when I try to access a Library I get “There was an unexpected error loading this library”.
I now see I got the following message. Anyone know who I am supposed to contact to fix this? Is this a Plex problem or my ISP problem or something else?
“Failed to register IP address xxx.xx.xx.xx to hostname Cloudforest.myDS.me [The DDNS server is temporarily out of service. Please contact the service provider.]”

Me too. Works on my phone, Web App doesn’t load.
Mine was working last night from android app, however I am getting this error today. Using OneDrive for storage.
Edit: I was able to resolve this issue by stopping and restarting the server using the following link: https://plex.tv/users/cpms
Thank you, @Shiggs - that did the trick for getting my Plex Cloud Server working. Of course a restart would fix it! I am using Google Drive.
