Hi all,
Switched over to the beta cloud server last night. All seemed fine when I uploaded some content to my cloub storage and I could see them on my iPad/iPhone. As I uploaded more and tried to access server since 10.30 last night, the app on the iPad/iPhone shows no libraries. When I log in i see that the server isnt available and get the following error:
There was an unexpected error loading libraries
Please retry, or visit our forums if you continue to experience problems
Any ideas?

Getting this too this afternoon… Set up the Cloud server this morning and added a small folder of photos and a small folder of music (5 CDs) and all seemed ok although the Music library struggled to update it’s content. Now no libraries at all…
Yeah this is happening to me nearly constantly in the last couple days.
Getting this myself over the last few days. I can only presume the system is having a hard time going from ‘standby’ to ‘on’ as I’ve heard Plex Cloud servers only fire up when in use.
I’m also seeing this a lot since 2 days ago. Using Google and OneDrive for libraries.

What are you referring to? I’d be curious to read it myself.
Have all these complaints about unexpected error loading library - BUT NO SOLUTION! Thought this forum was to help and give us answers?
Same problem happening for a few hours now.
Been getting it too, think it might be an issue on their end, we might just have to wait it out until they fix it.
