There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard

Hello,

I am running two Plex servers. One is running off a straight-up CentOS box and is named 'daisy." That one is running fine.

I also have one running on a WDC PR4100 32 TB NAS. That’s daisy deux. When I try to go to the dashboard on daisy duex I get “There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard.” I know the NAS instance of Plex has been busy for days indexing a few TB of still shots (I’m a pro photographer) so I can easily pick out all the kitten pictures. Could its constant busy state be the reason it cannot bring up the dashboard? When I run ‘top’ at the command line I can see the CPU is bouncing between 29% and 44% with the load avergae currently 1.47. That doesn’t seem like it would be too busy but it certainly isn’t at idle, either.

I am having this same issue. Version 1.5.3.3580 - I’ve checked the database, which was fine. I’ve moved the files that was suggested and it’s still having issue. The only way I’ve been able to really fix it is rebooting my server. I am running on Server 2012 R2
