I seem to be plagued with the same error as others. I’ve read the other posts and tried suggestions, but none seem to work. In general, it seems like this error may occurring for a variety of reasons.
I’m running Plex 1.15.4.994 in a Docker container on Unraid 6.7.0. I get my Plex continers from limetech/plex and updates are pushed periodically. I’ve started seeing issues with this on my Music library and Shows libraries, but the Movies library still functions fine.
The problem has appeared over the past two weeks, about the same time I updated Plex from limetech, AND added a fair amount of content to my “shows” library.
I get error when trying to access Plex from the web (tried different browsers, different computers), Roku, iPad, etc.
I “scan library automatically” to capture newly added content.
I’ve stopped and Restart Plex.
I’ve rebooted my server
I’ve tried to delete my TV Shows directory (no luck)
I added a second TV Shows library (same result)
I’ve tried scanning, Analyzing and refreshing the metadata.
No luck with any of the above issues.
I’ve not resorted to de-installing PLEX and re-installing, but am open to that if needed. I’m hoping there is a way I can delete and re-create the indexes for the affected libraries.
