I recently did a Windows 10 Upgrade to my system and immediately I was unable to connect to my Movies and TV Shows but the Music was fine in the Libraries. There I would see every time I clicked on the Plex Home link or when to those collections from the menu.
I tried uninstalling Plex and reloading a clean copy but with no difference in results. Is there a simple fix for this?!
It’s not a common issue and the fix is most likely specific to your set up.
You’ll need to post the following:
PMS version installed (in the web browser go to Settings, then scroll down to your Server Name on the left and below that, click on General; the version should be 1.something)
OS PMS is installed on
Which Plex app (or web browser) you are using and version when this occurs.
