"There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard"

Server Version#: 1.16.5.1554
Player Version#:

Hey guys - when I open PMS I get a screen that says “There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard.”

I’ve attached the logs but afraid I don’t have any more info as I’m not really sure at all how to troubleshoot this. I’ve restarted the server of course, as well as rebooted my machine. I’m on Mac OS 10.14

Last night I had to roll back my OS (due to an unrelated application update that malfunctioned) to a time machine snaphsot and I’m assuming that is what has created the issue…but I’m not sure why, or how to fix it. I’m guessing I could uninstall and re-install the server and that may do it, but I’d rather not if it can be avoided.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey sorry to hear about that restore from Time Machine. There’s nothing like that experience of moving data at the speed of TRS-80.

That’s gonna take some assessing, and probably a ninja xD
The docs on the website about Repairing A Corrupt Database are a good read.
I wouldn’t necessarily do anything until an expert chimes in.

Cool, I will check those out. Yea this really has not been a good week :upside_down_face:
I tried deleting one of my libraries and even that doesn’t work. Maybe I’ll give the database repair a shot. I’m no whizz with command line interface though!

The commands won’t be so bad, but it’s that or fresh install I think.
Good luck!

Thanks man. Running the repair commands allowed me to delete my libraries and then just add them back. All good!
