There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard

Server Version#:
Player Version#224.0.924 (older version allowing channels)
This error at the end of the PlexMediaPlayer.log is likely the problem:
Looking for value: “discoverHomePage” in section: “webclient” but it can’t be found.
The rest of the PMP fully functional, any suggestions would be appreciated.

As I suspected, If I disconnect the network from the mothership, I am able to navigate down to the plugins selection in the Media Player without any interference.
