The logs showed your tuner to be on local IP 192.168.7.96 - if that changed, please amend the curl command

I have been running Plex Media server on a Synology 416Play DSM 6.1.5. I have an HDHome Run Extend (latest firmware). The system has been quite stable and useful for 14+ months. Since March 30, 2018, DVR/EPG have been not working.
I have restarted my NAS twice. Stopped and restarted the Plex Media Server several times. I had been running 1.12.1. Deleted and tried to re-add my tuner but this does not work. It seems the EPG guide will NOT load. I un-installed PMS ver 1.12.1 and installed 1.11.3. This did NOT fix the issue. It seems like the EPG suppliers or the code for getting the EPG is changed or broken. Restarted HDHomeRun Extend tuner several times.
I have been through the “Add Tuner” process 4-6 times today. EPG loading feels very “brittle” and does not appear to be stable. Please note I am in Ontario, Canada using an off-air antenna. The total number of channels is 35.
Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you.!

Sorry - I updated the wrong post. This February 2018 JSON error issue has already been resolved by Gracenote
Cloudflare had issues with certificates after some doman changes. It has now been routed to new IP addresses. Please try and report back.
Hopefully the problem for Ontario Canada users is now resolved.

To start with to investigate, ensure debug logging enabled on the server (settings - server - general - show advanced) , restart server to get fresh logs created. When refresh guide gets stuck, take a screenshot And download logs zip and attach both

Looks like you might have some sort of networking issue but I’ll defer to @sa2000.
@johnm_ColaSC If you mean me (how do you reply to a post so at least part of it is quoted, BTW?) I use a VPN on occasion, that could be what the network changes are about. But I’m not on one today when I collected the info after restarting Plex Server.
The first part of the logs was right after the EPG refresh got to 10% this morning at 6:26. So something caused the network change this morning.
To quote part of a post click the quote link and then delete the parts you don’t want quoted.
In two hours, it progressed from 3% to 4%. Here’s the new logset. FYI I just checked my download speed, and it’s 174.0 Mbps.
Now it’s at 10%! So it’s not stuck. It’s just taking a long time. Is the progress normal?
