"There was an unexpected error" message when attempting to open Live TV & DVR

When I attempt to open Live TV & DVR to check my recording schedule, I receive the message “There was an unexpected error”.

Recordings still happen and the results are added to the library - I just can’t get to the grid to add / remove recordings.

I have tried both Safari and Firefox to see if the issue is browser-specific.
