What you are seeing is normal. The checkbox in front of the primary agent (TheTVDB in this case) is always disabled (but checked/activated).
I think something messed up when i go from ubuntu (old server) to debian (new server)
i have reinstalled everything (purge plexmediaserver, then reinstalled and restore my backup), and now seems working fine
Another problem, that was the subtitles being recognized have been fixed after.
