This has out there for quite some time and is the most lame ticketing system I ever saw, used or came across to administer.
Even if the object (movie, for example) is gone (deleted, re-matched to a different movie, you name it), the “reported issue” does not go away.
If you have agile users, each one reporting only a few issues, this thing becomes an administrator’s nightmare.

Well, I am clearly out of my “animated GIFs are funny” age. You’re posting a “Hurrah” post about a half-baked feature that you like - and I added my notes why I don’t like it.
