Player Version#: Web & third-gen Chromecast
Issue: As of yesterday files that I have been able to successfully play for years come up with the “This server is not powerful enough to convert video.” error.
Details: When attempting to play certain files on one particular hard drive (has worked great and never had this error/issue before) it shows an error and the files are unplayable. I tested one file in particular with my third-gen Chromecast as well as running the same file locally on the web via the server itself and received the same error. The server hardware is the same as it always has been. The only thing that has been changed recently is my modem. Looking for assist with this. Will provide what is needed for troubleshooting, etc. Thanks!
