My PMS is setup to automatically discover new movies in the folders, and it does. However, the library (which has thumbnail creation enabled and using the MovieDB scanner) is not generating thumbnails even though it sees the new movie. Individually selecting the movie and “analyzing” kicks off the thumbnail creation.
So, why isn’t PMS automatically generating thumbnails?? Let me know if there are logs (and settings) that’ll help with diagnosing the cause(s). Happy to help. Thanks!
