Changing language was to be easier for me regarding what you asked me to do. I did not catched that you were saying me to change language.

Yes. Select as Agent either ‘Plex Movie’ or ‘The Movie Database’,
and pick a ‘Language’ other than ‘None’ after that.
Done. That’s a way to get a cover, but the thumbs I’m looking for are the ones generated automatically from the provided media file, as the files are my personal movies and not famous films.
As told in my very first post, this folder media files are coming from a recovery tool.
I assume there’s a chance that files are probably corrupted (even if they can be partially played from my computer.
So I guess, I will stop here my investigations 
Hm, I totally mixed that up with another issue which was with regular movies.
Let’s confirm something:
Perform the full Plex Dance with one of the videos. (it will lose all metadata, so pick one where it doesn’t hurt much).
If that is successful, we can go on and use the command line to force the scanner to recreate the thumbnails.

looks like impacted files can be start playing in plex, but if I clic to a few minutes later, than video is not playing anymore.
This confirms files are affected no ?
To answer your last message, I already deleted the bundles.
I have restarted the process respecting the order from the procedure to follow with no success.
Also tried to convert my MP4 using my favorite video converter: App freezed after a few seconds.
Looks like my MP4 are definitely broken.
Edit : my converter provide a file from my original file.
This new file is able to generate a new thumbs : so confirmation is here : My files are broken !
