Thumbs Up/Down

I'm a fan of streaming music. It removes the few music files that you need to keep locally on your device and gives you access to a kazillion more through the air. It's especially nice for phones since it frees up space for more pictures/apps.

We've all tried Pandora, Spotify, iHeartRadio, etc...and we all love the thumbs up & down buttons. It gives a large collection of music a personalized experience. Now while those services have a more complex method of streaming songs that you may like...they're all still driven by thumbs up & down options.

This would be a nice feature for servers with multiple users since it would keep everyone from having to hit "next" 20 times every time they want a song THEY like.

Obviously there are a number of things that can go along with this (as before with algorithms that pick out songs you MAY like more so than a random other one), but this feature request is just a simple solution. The algorithms can be replaced by folders/collections/some other filter already made, for now...complexity can wait.

But for this to be of any use, another option would be required. Something along the lines of a "Discover Play" where it plays songs you haven't thumbed up/down and a "Favorites Play" mode that only plays ones that you have marked as thumbs up (or a mix of both...in which case you'd have to figure out when it would be appropriate to replay a song you've thumbed up).

Thumbs up if you like it ;)
