This happens from time to time, and I’m pretty sure it mostly occurs when the specific version of the album doesn’t exist on TIDAL anymore. This could mean it simply doesn’t exist (not in your specific situation) or that the album has been replaced with a different version and the original “TIDAL link” is lost (probably what’s causing your issue).
Instead of finding the album via the artist’s page in Plex, search for it and use one of the returned results.
