I had some Tidal artists to my library to make some smart playlists with stars rating. Problem is, duplicate song show up if the song appears in different album. Is there a ways to bypass that problem?

Unfortunately not, if they are on different albums then they are technically different tracks. This isn’t specific to TIDAL content as the same thing would happen if the albums were your own local files.
Best way to mitigate this is to just check if you really need all the albums, for instance if there is a an original album and a remastered version of that same album then maybe just keep one of them.
