Tidal Songs Integrated with Smart Playlists

Thank you for the wonderful music improvements for iOS and Android. I’ve been using Plex for my music needs for some time, and these updates are really, really great.

One question about Tidal integration: would it be possible to add the ability to incorporate Tidal songs into current Smart Playlists? For example, I like to listen to songs that I’ve rated 3-stars or above at certain time intervals, so I’m not listening to the same songs over and over, while enjoying the songs I really like.

Currently, one can rate Tidal songs but because they’re in the separate “Tidal” library, they aren’t added to my current Smart Playlists. If this change could be made, the integration would be even more of a game-changer for me.

I suspect this could most easily occur if the option to add an album or an artist to “___ Library” instead of “My TIDAL” was added.

I was going to request this, because I have smart playlists setup exactly the same.

Hopefully this will be included once Tidal integration is more refined by the developers.
