Time is always double or 2 hours when playing on chrome or the fire stick

I’ve been having this for a while as well.

I just updated to Server Version 1.17.0.1841 hoping it would go away, alas no joy.
Storage is both internal and usb drives.
Using it on the web player on chrome as well as seeing it on the plex app on fire tv sticks
Windows 10

This is one that was resumed… clearly it knows the correct show time, just not in the player:

Nothing constructive to add. Just wanted to chime in and add that I frequently have this problem also, on my Fire stick
