Tivo App not working - Video Did Not Start Playing On Time

Hello,
I’ve got a Tivo Bolt and Plex was working well on it until I did an update a couple of weeks ago. Now, after starting a video it stops a couple of minutes in and shows an error “The video did not start playing in time”.

I did another update today (1.4.3.3433) and it still has the same problem.

How can I resolve this?

i downloaded all the logs but aren’t sure which one to look in (there are lots).

any thoughts???
